The Massachusetts Select League has given many players a tremendous opportunity to enhance their high school/prep school schedule against excellent competition.  The league provides an atmosphere that is beneficial for college coaches because the games matter as the programs are competing for the opportunity to represent Massachusetts in the USA Hockey National Championships.  The programs in the Massachusetts Select League have rosters filled with kids who will be playing college hockey, whether at the DI or DIII level.  They always have a nice blend of kids from different schools, so you can evaluate how the best kids perform against the best players from our state.  We make it a point to recruit in this league as often as possible and it gives us a head start on the recruiting process as we can evalute these players before their school season starts.
